A powder produced by drying coconut milk which allows to quickly make coconut milk when needed. The white powder contains 60% coconut fat, dissolves easily in water, can be preserved for a long time with no need for refrigeration and takes up little space compared with canned coconut milk. The advantage of coconut cream powder, compared with canned coconut milk, is the absence of the aftertaste that sometimes characterizes canned foods, as well as the ability to make coconut milk as thick or thin as needed, by regulating the amount of powder dissolved in water. The powder can be used as a vegan alternative for powdered milk in desserts and ice creams, or as a base for making coconut flavored desserts.
